Hygiene and Physical Up Keep
 
On the whole, you keep good hygiene. You shower every morning with soap, after which you apply underarm deodorant. You brush your teeth and floss after you eat breakfast and before you go to bed. You use skin moisturizer on your face. You shave your armpits two to three days, and before any formal event.

It is important for you to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, and 9 or 10 if possible. You tend to go to bed around 12, though it usually takes 30 minutes to an hour to fall asleep. You usually wake around 9
